First time user:

1. Please Enter your MR No (exactly as on bill) as your User ID (MRxxxxx) and Click on “Generate Password” button
2. You will be redirected to OTP Page& you will get SMS on your registered mobile number (If your mobile number is not registered / not updated with latest mobile number, please contact Frontoffice team on 022 – 71023500 for further assistance)
3. Enter OTP in the OTP box, which you received through SMS and click on “Go” button and your page will be automatically redirected to set Password screen
4. Create a new password of your choice with minimum width of 8 Character and Click on “Go” Button
5. Your password to view your lab reports is successfully generated now you can your view lab reports
6. Just Click on Home button and your web page will be automatically redirected to Lab reports page

Forgot Password:

1. If you forget your password, enter your MR No (exactly as on bill) as your User ID (MRxxxxx) and Click on “Forgot Password” button
2. You will be redirected to Mobile Number verification Page, please enter your registered mobile number in the “Mobile Number” & “Confirm Mobile” and click on “Go” button
